This role provides visionary leadership, 24/7 accountability, and expert guidance to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across the inpatient nursing service lines. Inpatient nursing service lines includes; House Supervisor, Critical Care Unit, Med/Surg Unit, Utilization Review, Case Management/Social Services, and the Dialysis program. Qualifications What is required Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) At least five years of related clinical inpatient experience with a minimum of two of those years in a charge or leadership position Current CPR card (maintenance required) ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required) PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required) Previous TNCC course attended or taken once within first year of hire What is preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree Previous experience as a member of the senior leadership team in a healthcare setting. Additional Information Wage: Wage range currently starts at $132,000/year and goes up to $189,000/year. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
