Utilizes advancedknowledge of products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales andeffectively work assigned territory.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employeeand not intended to reflect all duties performed--- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience--- Tenacious and driven, excels in environments where reward is based on effort--- Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads--- Conducts proactive discovery analysis with new prospective customers--- Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meetcustomers' needs--- Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistentwith quality control guidelines, including but not limited to the following: dispositioning, enteringsales orders, and reporting on sales--- Supports team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and trainingprograms as assigned--- Achieves monthly sales quotas in high-speed data sales--- Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with departmentpractice, policies, and procedures--- Well-informed about our competitors activities in assigned territory; informs manager/supervisorof changing competitive pricing programs and door-to-door sales tactics--- Attends and successfully completes training programs--- Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers--- Creates and executes territory management plans effectively with support of manager/supervisor.Utilizes experience-based sales technique, operates independently--- Active involvement in Chambers of Commerce and other local organizations--- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
