Job Description Job Description As an Express Maintenance Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners to explaining the services needed, our Express Maintenance Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We are seeking experienced Express Maintenance Advisors, however we welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service and retail sales. Oversee flow of service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Guarantees full compliance with Manufacturer policies, warranties, procedures and guidelines. Ensures that exemplary customer service levels are executed and maintained in a timely and consistent manner with CSI (Customer Service Index) standards. Review and complete repair orders, noting technician comments, technician sign off, repair completion, and road test completion. Explain completed work and charges to the customer as required upon checkout. Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently. Inspect, maintain and ensure all service areas are in accordance with state and federal OSHA laws. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Qualifications Strong Organization skills and attention to detail. Computer Skills a must. Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment Technical automotive knowledge preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage others Time management skills Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Possess a clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen Experience in a Customer service retail sales position preferred.
