Number of openings: 1 Full-Time, Year Round

Location: Quincy

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Hour and shifts may vary on production.

• Help managing all supplies
• Receiving all supplie. Making sure that Stemilt receives what it is billed for
• Ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner
• Integrate all packing supplies into Oracle and use Oracle to manage them
• Complete administrative paperwork and daily logs
• Match bill of ladings and Cycle Counts/Inventory
• Maintain the office and supply room and keep it clean
• Making sure the other departments get their supplies when they come in
• Work with pricing so confidentiality is required.
• Must become Forklift certified
• Monitoring, implementing and supporting company policies and procedures

    • Ability to problem solve, analyze/prioritize issues and ensures effective solutions
    • Ability to run office in an efficient, polite and courteous manner
    • Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Computer skills are required
    • Build and maintain good relationships with co-workers, vendors & delivery drivers
    • Ability to train other individuals
    • Demonstrate organizational skills; detail-oriented for accuracy.
    • Have computer, math and phone skills.
    • Proficient in ORACLE, EXCEL & OUTLOOK preferred.
    • Good attendance and flexible with working schedule is a must.
