Job Description:

Position Purpose:
The Location Production Manager will provide a professional experience in multiple contextual levels of audio, broadcast video, lighting production and coordination to all aspects which will enable the production team to move further and faster into the next season God is moving Radiant Church.
Position Responsibilities:
All of these responsibilities fall within and are all encompassing of services and events in all Radiant Campuses and Production supported rooms (Main Sanctuary, Student Center, Prayer Room, and Auxiliary rooms):

• Program of Lighting and Graphics Computers
• Ensure stages and equipment are maintained
• Schedule and Communicate with Volunteers
• Communicate problems and failures of production equipment to Engineering
• Set up and tear down of production equipment for all services and events
• Assist Production Director in planning, designing, and execution of large scale Production events and services
• Other duties and events as assigned Spiritual Requirements:
  • • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ that results in a life lived in obedience to the will of God as described in the Word of God, evident by spiritual fruit and the desire to grow in the Lord
    • Genuine servant-hood, Gospel-centeredness, and spiritual maturity that results in good communication skills with ministry heads, staff and congregation members
    • Demonstrate a commitment to handling conflict biblically, following principles in Matthew 18
    • Supports the works of the ministry of Radiant Church
    • Beliefs consistent with Radiant Church's "Statement of Faith"
    • Willing to become, if not already, a partner of Radiant Church within 6 months of employment
    • Willingness to financially support the ministry of Radiant Church, if not currently
      Skills & Qualifications:
      Associate Degree or higher
      Experience in audio mixing and engineering
      Experience in lighting programing and engineering
      Experience in video programing and engineering
      Positive attitude and positive approach to problem solving
      Able to adapt and adjust under pressure
      Strong verbal and written communication skills
      Ability to think creatively and strategically, having excellent judgment while working in an ever changing environment
      Attention to detail and ability to multitask
      Strong administrative and organization
      Proficiency in meeting task deadlines/timeline requirements
      Competencies:
      Mac OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, Planning Center, BambooHR, Basecamp, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur
      Performance Measurements:
      Biannual Self and Performance Appraisals
