Job Description:

American Electric Inc. is seeking a full time Quality Control Inspector.Must have experience and expertise in the following disciplines:1. Mechanical -Power Piping systems with components such as pumps and valves -Machining processes and physical dimensioning -Component skid layout and construction -Ventilation systems2. Electrical: -Heat Trace -Industrial Electrical Testing (NETA) -Control Panel and Electrical System Construction Instrumentation3. Civil: -Soils compaction -Reinforced Concrete -Structural Steel erection -Concrete anchoring systems -Sought Certifications: ICBO Reinforced Concrete Minimum qualifications are a High school graduation plus 3 years of related experience or Completion of college level work leading to an associate's degree in a related discipline plus one year of related experience; or Graduation from a 4 year college plus 6 months of related experience.DOE Experience a plus. Job is primarily located outdoors in all types of weather, with a majority of time spent wearing supplied air breathing systems. Must be able to complete and pass a drug screen and physical. Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the Hanford Site.
