We are a true farm-to-table company with operations that touch every aspect of agriculture, including seed production, farming and ranching, plant sciences, fertilizer manufacturing, food processing, commercial product development, and distribution.SummaryThe Main Line Operator is responsible for monitoring all equipment on the main line from the peelers through the fryer, up to and including the oil system. The Main Line operator is responsible for adding and mixing additive, performing free fatty acid tests, maintaining and recording temperatures of equipment in the work areas, ensuring correct oil type is used for the product being produced, entering and changing data in the computer system, and sanitizing the work area.The individual in this position will be required to fully understand the purpose and operation of the main line processing area along with having to make decisions based on sound judgment when a situation dictates.This job is responsible for operating equipment in the main processing line and performing upstream grading functions to meet operational goals and customer specifications.Key Responsibilities Ensures alertness and constant awareness of the safe operation of moving equipment and other potential safety hazards in a production plant. Ensures necessary level of communication is maintained with the appropriate personnel.Typical EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Relevant ExperienceCombination of experience and education will be considered.Other Information Must have an acceptable safety record.
