**Patient Services Specialist - Interpreter Services at Kadlec
Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA**
The Patient Services Specialist ensures that the language
assistance needs of patients and companions are fulfilled by
performing scheduling activities associated with language,
interpretation, translation and auxiliary aid services; Screens and
responds to requests for language and interpreter services from
caregivers at all locations within Kadlec; Coordinates and
schedules in-house and external/vendor resources for patients and
companions; Obtains and maintains accurate records related to
service fulfillment as defined by department policy.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Two (2) years of scheduler/dispatcher experience in the medical
field or healthcare related customer service role experience
+ Two (2) years of computer experience including the use of
Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or Access
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Epic software experience
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish
+ Associate degree in social services, business, or related
field
+ Social service or medical environment experience
