Job Description:

Sealaska Technical Services (STS), LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting a wide range of activities associated with both company and project operations. STS is a high-energy and progressive business that provides technology integration and deployment, engineering, environmental monitoring/consulting, and construction management services to a variety of governmental and commercial clients at job sites located around the world. The position will support our growing company in the areas of event planning and logistics, expense report processing, international shipping, export controls, records management, travel planning, contracts administration support, invoicing, asset management, and training coordination. This position requires a highly dynamic and flexible individual who can seamlessly work on multiple tasks and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.Primary Responsibilities: + Provide support for client and stakeholder meetings, events, and venues including detailed planning, budgeting, and scheduling.+ Work with project teams to determine project shipping, in-country interpreting/translation support needs and transportation requirements for equipment to be shipped to countries throughout the world. As required, work with the Department of Commerce to apply and obtain export licenses for equipment being shipped overseas.+ Assist team members in the preparation of expense reports, including verification of applied charge codes, receipt tracking and verification, and processing using the expense reporting system.+ Perform technical editing and formatting of proposal documents and project deliverables prior to submittal to ensure accuracy and completeness. Work with production team to ensure that all project deliverables are in the proper format, meet project quality standards and are submitted on time.+ Serve as the lead coordinator for the STS Records Management System. This will include serving as the administrator of the internal SharePoint site as well as a web-based reporting system used to submit formal deliverables to STS clients.+ Prepare, enter, and facilitate the approval of purchase requisitions in the Deltek Costpoint financial management system. Receive formal deliverables, invoices and other documentation within the financial management system that triggers payment to subcontractors and vendors.+ Provide logistics input necessary to support proposal development, working with the project support services team to determine logistic requirements in new statements of work, prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and itineraries necessary to obtain pricing for proposals submitted to the Client.+ Support the onboarding and training of new staff on company policies and procedures.+ Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:+ High school diploma or GED is required. An Associate's Degree in business, finance, accounting or other relevant discipline is preferred.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Acrobat Pro. Deltek Costpoint financial system experience a plus.+ A valid driver's license is required for this position.
