At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our Contractor and Quality Assurance (CQA) Team is seeking a dynamic individual who has the ability to provide support to CPCCo Projects to resolve issues at multiple levels, interfacing daily with all levels of management and operations personnel. It is important to be self-critical and seek improvement. Reporting, documenting and resolving conditions and events are essential elements of feedback and improvement, and it is the mission of the CPCCo Contractor and Regulatory Reporting organization to assist projects in doing this. Position Duties:

• Provide subject matter expert support to CPCCo programs and projects in support of the CPCCo quality improvement / trending program by conducting trending and analysis of leading and lagging indicators to identify potential emerging trends warranting action or process improvements.
• Lead and manage the company Trend Work Group activities, and assist in development and management of the company Contractor Assurance System (CAS) monthly report.
• Perform other continuous improvement activities in support of the CPCCo quality improvement processes, including cause evaluation, corrective action management, and performance metrics
• Performs work in a safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner!

Basic Qualifications
* BA/BS degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 5 years' related experience

• US Citizen

Desired Qualifications
* Demonstrated analytical and communications skills including written and verbal, and ability in utilizing trending tools such as Excel

• Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams to a desired outcome and to identify causes of complex management system problems
• Experience in using formal cause evaluation tools such as barrier, why-tree, events and causal factors, etc.
• Experience in data analysis activities
• Previous nuclear facility operations experience.
