The Waste Treatment Completion Company (WTCC) is a limited
liability corporation created by Bechtel National Inc. (BNI) and
AECOM. WTCC is a subcontractor to BNI, the prime contractor, to
deliver the construction, turnover, startup, and commissioning
activities for the WTP project.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the evaluation,
selection, application, adaptation, and modification of standard
techniques, guidelines, procedures, and criteria. Devises new
approaches to startup, maintenance, operation, or testing.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Develops and evaluates plans and criteria within a discipline
or specialty for a variety of project activities; interprets new or
special regulations, codes, standards, criteria and performance
data relating to the specialty; provides technical advice and
counsel on specific assignments; provides input and participates in
special technical educational and training programs as directed;
and performs field consulting services as required.
· In addition, applies specialized knowledge of startup methods
to the solution of specific problems; provides the resolution of
technical questions arising in the area of specialty; uses advanced
startup engineering techniques and the modification and extension
of theories, precepts and practices of related sciences and

troubleshoot DCS hardware/software issues.

· Work with package vendors/system test engineers to commission
remote PLC systems including supporting control and instrumentation
testing and commissioning MODBUS/TCIP, OPC, or GSM protocol

· Monitor supplier TA activities to ensure proper charging of TA
time (i.e.: ensure Bechtel is not charged for TA time spent
addressing the vendor’s own issues). Plan work accordingly and
control the expenditure of TA time to stay within the budget

activities on a daily basis in accordance with applicable

and frequently with management, operations, and maintenance
personnel while maintaining a level of commercial awareness that
does not create adverse exposure to the project’s financial and

· Previous commercial nuclear/Department of Energy or like
experience preferred but not required.
· Candidates must have the right to work and remain in the US

eligibility to work in the US.
· Previous experience scheduling and performing systems related
analysis and operational troubleshooting.
· In-depth knowledge of the specialty area (Distributed Control
Systems) and knowledge of principles and practices related to sound

practices or equivalent and the economics involved.
· Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, and design
