opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing
Engineering Technician I - Work Instructions to contribute to the

Engineering Technician I - Work Instructions creates, updates, and
maintains clear, accurate work instructions for production and
supporting processes across the Moses Lake facility. These
instructions enable team members to perform tasks safely,
consistently, and to standard. What you'll do \n Drive the
creation, improvement, and standardization of work instructions. \n
Review engineering change orders (ECOs) or similar documentation to
understand scope and impact. \n Review existing documentation;
revise and edit as needed for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
\n Observe team members performing tasks to validate instruction
accuracy and identify gaps. \n Collaborate with team members (TMs),
leads, supervisors, and technical staff to ensure instructions
reflect current best practices and process changes. \n Communicate
and train affected employees on updated processes or requirements.
\n Support procurement of project materials and goods. \n
Coordinate with engineers and technicians to confirm what to order
(specs, quantities, need dates). \n Reconcile deliveries on site
(verify part numbers, quantities, condition); resolve
discrepancies. \n \n What you'll bring \n Strong interpersonal
skills: able to communicate effectively with team members, leads,
and supervisors. \n Ability to work independently with attention to
detail and follow-through. \n Proficiency with Microsoft Word and
Excel. \n Clear written and verbal communication skills. \n
Critical-thinking and analytical skills. \n Mechanical aptitude. \n
Solid understanding of product flow and process steps (e.g.,
assembly, fabrication, powder coating/paint, and sub-assemblies).
\n \n Physical Requirements \n Ability to work 10-hour shifts. \n
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift. \n Ability to
stand for extended periods and perform bending/stooping. \n Ability
to navigate production areas where tripping hazards may exist;

position is$31.25-$37.50. Pay is based on several factors including
but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
