Job Description:
As an Installation Technician II at Securitas Security Services
USA, Inc., you will be a pivotal part of our mission to protect
homes, workplaces, and communities. You will specialize in the
installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our sophisticated
electronic security technology, including surveillance cameras,
alarms, and access control systems. This role requires technical
expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing
high-quality security solutions. Install, maintain, and repair
various electronic security systems. Troubleshoot system
malfunctions and provide immediate solutions. Conduct regular
system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure functionality and
efficiency. Educate and train clients on system operation and basic
troubleshooting. Keep detailed logs of installations and service
calls. Adhere to all industry standards, and local, state and
federal compliance regulations. Proficiency with electronic
security systems Strong problem-solving abilities Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and
understand technical schematics and manuals Keen attention to
detail and a methodical approach to work Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
electronic security installation (e.g., ESNT, CET) preferred Valid
driver’s license and a clean driving record
