Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled
Service Technician to join our Technical and Maintenance division.
This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the effectiveness
of our security systems, ensuring all components function optimally
to safeguard the assets and lives of our clients. The Service
Technician will handle installations, routine checks, and
troubleshooting of various security technologies including
surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems across
different sites. Perform installation and maintenance of security
devices such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. Conduct
regular system tests and troubleshoot any issues to ensure
functionality and efficiency. Provide technical support and
guidance to clients on the operation and maintenance of systems.
Document technical procedures and customer interactions to ensure
compliance and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest
advancements in security technology to recommend upgrades and
enhancements. Technical proficiency in security systems and
electronic devices Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to work
