Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective
services, seeks a dedicated Service Technician to join our IT
division. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting our
sophisticated electronic security systems. As a Service Technician,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational integrity
of security technologies that safeguard our client's assets. This
position demands a combination of technical expertise, keen
problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer
service. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of
security systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software
issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with IT team to enhance
system performance. Ensure compliance with all safety and privacy
protocols. Educate clients and staff on system operation and safety
procedures. Strong technical skills in hardware and software
troubleshooting Proficiency in electronic security systems
Excellent problem-solving capabilities Effective communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Life Insurance 401k CompTIA IT Fundamentals Certified Information
