Job Description:

Service ResponsibilitiesSchedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.Record customer details and transactions.Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organizationOpen, close, and invoice customer repair ordersParts ResponsibilitiesAnswering customer calls Research parts using various methods such as: parts manuals, online catalogs, local suppliersPreparing customer parts quotes, opening sales orders, and reviewing open sales order reportsInvoicing, packaging parts for shipment, advising customers on the status of their orderMonitoring branch inventory levels and ordering inventory from manufacturersFocal point for the branchs shipping and receivingInspecting inventory orders, dispensing parts to our service department for repair ordersSales ResponsibilitiesRunning the store front- Inventory control (required to complete a quarterly inventory)Staging / Receiving New truck equipment inventory (Primary POC for Cindy and team).Other duties as assigned by Management.Relationships and Roles:Maintain skills and knowledge to perform job dutiesMaintain contact with applicable vendors/brands represented by Emergency Equipment in the market area to ensure a professional and healthy relationship.Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with customers and fellow company employees.Work daily to promote Emergency Equipment, including its vision.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Richland, MS 39218: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Service / Parts: 3 years (Required)Inventory management: 3 years (Required)Retail sales: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
