Job Description:

A leading integrated healthcare system in beautiful Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team focused on outpatient back and spine care.

Position Highlights:

Full-time outpatient position
5-day work week
No call responsibilities
Focus on outpatient spine and musculoskeletal care
Busy, established, high-quality practice
Collaborative, team-based environment
Epic EMR
Mentorship and professional support available

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
Ability to obtain licensure in Washington
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
Interest in spine, back, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary: $133K $154K based on experience
WRVU bonus opportunity
Signing bonus
Internal student loan repayment assistance up to $24K

CME allowance of $5K every two years
