Job Description:
Provide innovative care as a full-time nurse practitioner with
Kadlec Regional Medical Center‘s fast-paced Urology team in the
community of Richland, Washington. Join 3 Urologists and 3 APCs in
this Urology practice. Responsibilities of this role include
emergency dept call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinic. Join a
dedicated, collegial team while enjoying a balanced schedule in
sunny southeast Washington. $30k starting bonus for experienced
provider and $15k for new graduate Monday to Friday schedule; 36
patient facing hours Robotics assisted technology Urology and OR
experience preferred Includes rotating clinic, inpatient, ED, and
first assist Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
(PSLF) Expert professional student debt advice at no charge
Compensation is between $138,712 and $184,404 per year The
compensation amounts listed may include productivity or
quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as
applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME
benefits available to them. Comprehensive benefits include health,
