Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Kennewick, WA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician – Make a Difference in Women's Healthcare Are you a dedicated OB-GYN professional looking to contribute to a reputable healthcare facility and make a meaningful impact in women's health? We are seeking a committed Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care starting February 2, 2026. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with ongoing engagement, ensuring your expertise improves patient outcomes while supporting hospital and clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a clinic setting, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Participate in on-call duties from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, with a call back ratio of 1:3, supporting labor, delivery, post-partum, and hospital rounds for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily. Document patient contact hours accurately, including callback hours, with supporting notes for audit validation. Rounding duties include hospital visits for labor, delivery, and post-partum patients. Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and malpractice insurance requirements. Required Skills: Active Washington State medical license or valid IMLC agreement. Excellent clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology. Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities to ensure compliance and facilitate audits. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during call hours. Clear communication skills for patient care and documentation. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in outpatient clinic and hospital-based obstetrics. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Previous experience in similar on-call roles. Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in OB-GYN, ideally including hospital-based experience. Other Requirements: Valid and current Washington State license or IMLC certification. Clean history and malpractice insurance. Ability to work flexible schedules to meet patient and facility needs. No onsite call back hours are required; physicians can provide support remotely during call, with documentation supporting patient contact hours and reasons for callbacks.
