We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specialized in Urology to join our dynamic outpatient clinic. Required Skills: Valid licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with specialization in Urology Proven experience in outpatient urology clinics or similar settings Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams Knowledge of current urology practices and protocols Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Certification in Advanced Urology Procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner Program from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of recent urology-related clinical experience Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Willingness to adhere to healthcare regulations and facility policies Valid state licenses and applicable certifications required prior to start date Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for certain travel reimbursements This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $1.00, coupled with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit payroll, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel stipends when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
