Health Experience Description: Home visits are required for this
position. Periodic office meetings are also part of the role.
Reliable transportation and a current driver's license are
mandatory. Agency-required liability insurance is required. The
average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractors will be
assigned between 5-10 patients per day. This equates to roughly 6-8
points per day. Different types of visits and activities hold
different point values. Guaranteed hours are not provided. If there
is a situation where a contractor is unable to meet financial
needs, they should discuss options with management. This role will
require traveling up to 75 miles from the home clinic. Mileage will
be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Compensation is provided
from patient home to patient home. The commute to and from the
first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are
accepted at the same rate. Pending licenses are not accepted unless
they can be obtained in a few days. The standard scheduling will be
5x8 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend rotation may vary per
location and specialty. There will be no on-call requirements
associated with this position. Documentation must be completed
within 24 hours of patient appointments. Delayed or incomplete
documentation that impacts billing and follow-up patient care may
result in cancellation of future assignments. All clinicians must
accept every patient on their schedule regardless of how far they
are from their previous appointment. Declining patients may result
in cancellation of assignments. No guaranteed hours exist with this
contract. Clinicians are expected to achieve weekly productivity
points of 30, which equates to approximately 40 hours per week. All
overtime must be pre-approved. If contractors are not receiving
enough patients weekly, they will have the opportunity to float to
another nearby clinic to pick up patients. Requirements Required
