details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Outpatient experience
is preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant outpatient experience
for Level 2 PTs Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Shift:
Days 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40
