Job Description Now Hiring: Sleep Medicine/Neurology APP – Northeastern Oregon Job Title: Sleep Medicine/Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Job Class: Permanent Work Location State: Oregon Number of Positions: 1 Provider Details: Specialty: Neurology - Sleep Medicine Provider Type: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Provider Credentials: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty Shift & Schedule Details: Estimated Start Date: Flexible – Open until filled Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Full-time, permanent position Setting: Hospital Employed Schedule Details: 4 10-hour shifts per week Patient Load: Seeing 12 patients a day - taking no call EMR EPIC - they are a Level IV Trauma Center Benefits: Base salary plus quality incentives up to 15K, Commencement bonus of 20K, 8K for CME, licensure, dues and subscription, paid CME time, student loan repayment, paid malpractice coverage, 401K plan match New grads are welcome to apply
