Job Description Otolaryngologist A beautiful community hospital located just outside Hermiston, Oregon, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join its team. Offering $600,000/annually Generous Quality Incentive and RVUs $50,000 Commencement Bonus Otolaryngologist Opportunity: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire Schedule: 4x10 Day Shift, split between clinic and OR Selective call available Offers a comprehensive and robust benefits package, including $8,000 CME, student loan assistance, paid malpractice insurance, and much more Otolaryngologist Responsibilities: Develop personalized treatment plans involving antihistamines, decongestants, and a steroid nasal spray Advise patients on allergen avoidance strategies for environmental triggers like pollen, mold, dust mites, and pet dander Perform procedures such as balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, or septoplasty to improve breathing and sinus drainage when medications fail Otolaryngologist Qualifications: Must have or be willing to obtain an Oregon Medical License ABOHNS or AOCOO-HNS Certifications preferred Surrounding Community: An outdoor paradise, nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains.
