As the Clinic Medical Director at Toppenish Medical Dental Clinic, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel. This is a dual-impact position : 70% Clinical – Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population. 30% Administrative – Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership. Who we are looking for: A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine. An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel. Position Details : Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) EMR system is EPIC Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Position Highlights: New Hire Guarantee: $317,264.00 per year Annual CMD Stipend: $10,000.00 Hiring Bonus of $30,000.00 Relocation assistance of $20,000.00 Student loan debt?
