We are seeking a clinician who values clinical autonomy and the ability to manage a diverse, complex patient panel within a culture that prioritizes physician wellness and long-term professional satisfaction. Clinical Scope & Complexity: Practice the full spectrum of medical and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on skin cancer treatment and complex medical cases common to this agricultural hub. While the core focus is medical, the practice can fully accommodate and support a cosmetic dermatology interest should a candidate desire to build that service line. Operational Efficiency: Experience true administrative relief with a flexible staffing model where physicians choose their own support structureeither two MAs or one MA and a dedicated scribe . Efficiency is further enhanced by Suki AI Dictation , allowing for real-time charting and minimal after-hours paperwork. Patient-Centric Volume: Enjoy generous appointment blocks of 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups, ensuring quality of care over quantity. You will be based in a collaborative environment alongside two Dermatologists and an experienced Physician Assistant. Work-Life Synergy: Achieve a genuine balance with a schedule tailored to your lifestyleoptions include 4x10s or 4.5 days per week with flexible hours. With zero call responsibilities and a strict no-weekend policy, your time away from the clinic remains entirely your own.
