Job Description Permanent or Long-Term Hem/Onc Provider in
beautiful Southern Washington Location: Walla Walla, WA Start date:
ASAP End date: Ongoing Setting: Clinic/Hospital
Outpatient/Inpatient Schedule/Coverage: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Call: 1:2 clinic, hospital/ER nights & weekends; also open 5 a 4
day work week - Tuesday - Friday Caseload: 98% in clinic, 2% in
hospital; 100% Oncology; 15 patients per day Salary: Permanent -
Base, without bonus = $520,000; Potential = $600,000 - Base value
based compensation CMEs - Cover 5 days per year from discretionary
fund @ $5500 annually Relocation Assistance - $15,000 Member
Association Fees - covered Malpractice Insurance w/Tail - covered
Sign on Bonus - $50,000 Loan Repayment - Qualifies for PSLF Bonus &
Incentives - Retention $20,000 for 5 years = $100,000 total Locum
Tenens Give me your best/going rate Credentialing/Privileges
Timeframe: 60 days Requirements: Board Certified Active,
Unrestricted License in Washington or attain WA license; IMLC
Accepted Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved
cases or large payouts in past 7 years) Willingness to relocate
