Job Description Join a collaborative and harmonious team at Providence Medical Group-Walla Walla, as a full-time Nocturnist and provide essential services in this tight-knit community. This group has strong relationships with St. Mary Medical Center, including the support staff, nurses, therapists and other physicians. The role requires ICU experience and candidates must be comfortable managing an ICU and vented patients. With a shift-based schedule and consistent hours, you’ll enjoy a healthy work-life balance in the beautiful and welcoming town of Walla Walla, Washington. Inpatient care; no call 168 shifts, 14 nights on/14 nights off-potential to flex schedule Dedicated, collegial group Established, supportive Hospitalist program started in 2007 Tele-Critical Care support services available Must have vent management experience in past two years, Open ICU Must be Internal Medicine trained Must be comfortable managing ICU and vented patients Experience in a community hospital is a plus New graduates with robust ICU experience in residency welcome to apply J1 and H1B candidates welcome to apply Student loan assistance and $5500 CME allowance available Compensation is between $295,021 and $377,352 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
