The position requires board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, along with Washington state licensure, BLS, and DEA certification. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, with preference given to those with four to five years of experience. The credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days.
