Full-time position reporting to Clinical Education Department
Manager Highlights: Lead clinical education and staff development
initiatives across the healthcare system Utilize simulation
training with advanced mannequins and software to enhance learning
outcomes Collaborate with Quality Management team to drive
continuous improvement and identify educational opportunities
Develop and deliver technical and theoretical training programs for
clinical staff Work closely with department managers and clinical

education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master of
Science in Nursing strongly preferred) Current Oregon RN license
Healthcare Provider CPR, CNOR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience 3 years of OR
experience required Proficiency in computer skills, word
processing, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet use Minimum typing
speed of 45 WPM with accuracy Experience with teaching
