role, you ll deliver high-quality, whole-person care to patients of
all ages, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and
collaborate with a dedicated team to improve health outcomes in our
community. 100% outpatient No call Flexible scheduling Ex: (4-10 s)
can be flexible, Monday Friday. Providers see an average of 15
patients per day Provide comprehensive care in a rural health
system Support patient education on chronic disease management and
lifestyle changes Behavioral health and dental services, alongside
family practice so patients receive comprehensive care EHR system
