Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical-Surgical, Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: RN License Required Certifications: CCRN preferred but not required Must-Have Skills/Experience: Acute care nursing experience Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical and Rehabilitation unit. The facility has licensed beds and provides various services including Bariatrics, Family Medicine, Inpatient Rehab, and more. The environment is located near a confluence of rivers and offers activities like an aquatic playground. The region is known for its wine country, outdoor athletic opportunities, and local parks. The unit consists of a small number of rehabilitation beds with a patient ratio of 5:1. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics, focusing on orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries. Collaboration and teamwork are essential traits for candidates. Experience in rehabilitation documentation, including GG scoring, is preferred. This position does not require call and includes every other weekend shifts.
