Come join our team and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Full time and Part Time options available (Would need to be a 0.5 -0.8 FTE to be considered part-time) Full time OP Pulmonary clinic with OIP Pulm and Critical Care consults. Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($600) for FT providers comprised of: Great Base Salary and Annual Quality incentives up to $50k Commencement bonus of $40k $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription paid CME time Student loan assistance Hospital employed Full benefits including a 401k match Paid malpractice Level IV Trauma Center Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital Recently completed a 96,000 sq. ft hospital expansion that includes 5 OR suites and 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, 7 PACUs & stunning views from the OR break room as well as a new cafeteria and dining space along with other programmatic needs that position GRH for growth!
