Description Registered Nurse (RN) Resident - Cardiac Acute Care located on 8RP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center Kadlec is offering a $18,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment. Shift Details: Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable shift (including nights and weekends). Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less. Preferred Qualifications: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated upon hire. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
