Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Richland, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,506 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - NICU Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00); Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum Level 2 NICU and Adult ICU experience required License: Valid Allied license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, RRT, PALS or ENPC Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of charge experience Experience with variable patient ratios and charting systems, specifically Epic Description: Position requires floating between units. Flexibility is essential for coverage. Weekends are required every other week. Candidates should have experience in NICU III or IV. Neuro Trauma ICU experience is preferred. Hardstop requirements include experience with critical care scenarios. Clinical skills required include direct intubation, pulmonary hygiene, and extubation assistance. Must be familiar with high frequency oscillators and other advanced respiratory equipment. Candidates should have background understanding in complex patient diagnostics. Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration are essential. References from supervisors covering one year of employment in the specialty are needed.
