in Hermiston, Oregon, 97838! Job Title: Interventional
Radiology/Cardiology RN Profession: Nursing Specialty:
Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30-15:00
Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in
Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab, with additional experience in
critical care or emergency settings preferred. License: Current RN
license in the State of Oregon Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS
certification; specialized certifications preferred (e.g., RCIS,
NIH Stroke Scale). Must-Have: Previous experience in conscious
sedation training and monitor role experience. Description: The
Interventional Radiology/Cardiology RN provides specialized nursing
care to patients undergoing invasive interventional procedures such
as angiography, embolization, and cardiac catheterization. This
role works collaboratively with physicians and the
interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality
patient care. The RN works to ensure the provision of quality care
for interventional and surgical patients through the utilization of
the nursing process and established standards of care. The RN acts
as the patient advocate and is responsible for the direction and
supervision of any personnel assigned to them. On-call duties for
the Interventional Unit may be required as the need arises. The RN
is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or RN Team Leader. The RN
should demonstrate the ability to provide care that considers the
patient's age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial
well-being. Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities are
preferred. The ideal candidate will be capable of working with a
