Registered Nurse (RN) | Hospice Location: Walla Walla, WA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,526 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Hospice RN Case Manager – Washington State Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Walla Walla, Washington Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4-5 patient visits per day managing a caseload of 15 patients; possible on-call and weekend coverage Highlights: Manage a hospice caseload of approximately 15 patients with 4-5 visits per day based on geography and patient acuity Provide all service-level nursing care including routine, general inpatient, continuous care, and respite services Perform admission visits, skilled interim assessments, and death visits Same-day charting required to ensure timely documentation Service area covers a 60-mile radius with mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate Opportunity to float to Oregon sites for candidates with multi-state licensure Requirements: Active Washington RN license or Compact state license (required) Minimum 1 year of current Hospice Case Management experience (required) American Heart Association BLS certification (required) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (required) Clean background check in Washington and Oregon Current drug screening and vaccination records (Influenza, TB, COVID-19) Oregon RN license preferred; application for Oregon licensure required upon contract acceptance Acute care or Medical-Surgical experience highly preferred 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This hospice position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families during end-of-life care.
