Job Description Healthcare Recruiters seeks onsite 4 Qualified
Mental Health Professionals/Mental Health Specialists (QMHP/MHS)
for our client’s Behavioral Health facilities in OREGON : one in
Heppner and two in Boardman (located in Morrow County) and one in
Arlington located in Gilliam/Wheeler County). Job Summary Provides
culturally competent behavioral health services to individuals of
all ages and diagnoses Collaborates with community partners and
agency staff to meet community behavioral health needs Deliver
clinical services including screening, assessment, individual and
group therapy, and consultation Coordinate care, participate in
joint case planning, and serve as client advocate and liaison
Participate in individual and group supervision Support
development, evaluation, and revision of behavioral health programs
Provide 24/7 rotating on-call crisis intervention and emergency
services Deliver intensive children’s treatment services Maintain
accurate, timely electronic clinical documentation Qualifications
MHS IV (Licensed): Doctorate or Master’s degree with LPC, LCSW, or
LMFT licensure MHS III (Non-licensed): Master’s degree in social
work, psychology, or related field MHS II (Non-licensed w/
variance): Bachelor’s degree and enrollment in Master’s program
within 4 months Certifications Certified Mental Health Investigator
(or ability to obtain) CADC or Gambling Addiction Counselor
certification (or ability to obtain) Skills & Abilities Knowledge
of mental illness, addiction, and recovery-oriented care Strong
collaboration, communication, and advocacy skills Ability to build
respectful relationships with clients and families Proficiency with
electronic health records and standard software Effective
team-based and cross-agency coordination skills PAY GRADES: MHS IV:
Requires Doctorate or Licensure ($71,800 - $108,400 annually)
Exempt (Expectation to work 40 hours a week) MHS III: Requires
Masters ($65,500 - $98,300 annually) Exempt (Expectation to work 40
hours a week) MHS II: Requires Bachelor’s ($55,000 - $80,300
annually) Non-Exempt and enrolled in or willing to enroll in a
Master’s program within 4 months of hire. BENEFITS: Health, dental
