Job Type: PRN, Days Wage scale: $37.39-52.35 Your experience

we serve. How you'll contribute - Design the appropriate plan of
care, including type and frequency of treatment. - Implement the
treatment plan using appropriate modalities. - Document subjective
and objective findings of patient progress. - Monitor and modify
the plan of care as needed. - Seek consultation as necessary. -
Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. -
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services
and treatment setting. - Provide information regarding appropriate
selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. -
Supervise and delegates the care provided by certified occupational
therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established
licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards. Connect

requirements - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Required License: State Licensure for Occupational Therapy -
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
