Occupational Therapist Location: Hermiston, OR Agency: Olaro Pay: $2,968 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team and help patients regain movement, strength, and independence. As a PT, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, chronic illness, or neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include performing functional evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy and exercise instruction, and educating patients and caregivers on techniques for continued progress at home. You will collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated and effective rehabilitation. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity in tailoring therapy to patient needs, and a passion for helping others achieve meaningful recovery. You will work with diverse patient populations across inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings, depending on your specialization and interest.
