Location: Walla Walla, WA Shift Schedule: 8 hrs per day; 8:30 AM -
5:00 PM Weekend Requirements: Possible weekends Shift Type: Days
Rate: $2,512/40-hours Requirements: Provider must have 1 years
minimum of current Hospice Case Management experience Active
Washington or Compact license American Health Association BLS Must
have active DL and Auto Insurance Acute/Med Surg experience HIGHLY
