Occupational Therapist at Providence Health and Services
summary: The Occupational Therapist provides treatment programs to
patients of all ages under the guidance of departmental leadership,
following prescribed occupational therapy principles and physician
instructions. The role requires a bachelor's degree, state
licensure, and BLS certification, with experience in acute care,
rehabilitation, outpatient, pediatrics, or hand therapy preferred.
The position is based at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, offering

general direction of departmental leadership, a Journey
Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for
patients according to the principles and practices of occupational
therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy from an
accredited educational institution. Upon hire: Washington
Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Master's
Degree Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational
institution. OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited
educational institution. Upon hire: Membership in state and
national professional organizations Experience in acute care or
rehabilitation facility Experience in outpatient setting.

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
