dedicated Staff Pharmacist in our dynamic healthcare department. In
this role, you will join a team committed to providing outstanding
customer service and healthcare delivery. This position includes an

commitment to attract top talent. Dispense prescriptions accurately
while complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements
by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to
requirements; and advising management on needed actions. Ensure the
quality and safety of medications by verifying order entries,
charges, and inspections. Provide pharmacological information by
answering questions and requests from health care professionals and
counseling patients on drug therapies. Manage pharmacy operations
by organizing and directing technicians' work flow, verifying their
preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and supervising their
order entries. Implement health promotion and prevention activities
by delivering education and outreach to patients. Maintain a safe
and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules,
and regulations. Optimize drug therapy and promote health,
wellness, and prevention by participating in scheduled immunization
services. Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations. Strong knowledge of medication dosage, side effects,
and proper storage. Excellent communication skills for interacting
with healthcare professionals and patients. Ability to multitask
efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of prescriptions.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), preferred. Immunization
Certification.
