Electrophysiology Cardiologist at Kadlec clinic in Richland,
Washington. Join a top-notch team that receives tremendous support
from physician leaders. In this role, you will join a
multidisciplinary group that is dedicated to serve a medically
diverse patient population. This established team consists of 3 EP,
4 Interventionalists, 5 general cardiologists, APCs, support staff,
as well as a TAVR and Heart Failure programs. Enjoy a healthy

Washington. Position Details: Full-time position; Monday to Friday
schedule, including administrative time Device clinic onsite Solid
onboarding and excellent mentorship 3 EPs with one retiring at the
end of 2026 2 EP labs with a hybrid lab coming in 2027 1:1 APC to
EP Pulsed field ablation for the treatment of atrial fib available
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $678,4261 and
$947,154 per year Comprehensive benefits including health, vision,
dental and retirement Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
available The compensation amounts listed may include productivity
or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as
applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME
