Family Practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team in central Washington. Lake community Team consists of six physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed. First-year pay range: $308,281 - $333,277 plus RVU bonus potential Four 10-hour shifts per week Outpatient only with phone call once every 6 weeks General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women s health and a heavy pediatrics practice Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI on site Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support Avg patients per shift Epic electronic medical record Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m J1 Candidates considered We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include: Partnership opportunity Silver Award Winner of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000 Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization Influence and say in the practice 401(k) match and profit sharing Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
