Description Clinical Pharmacist - Kadlec Regional Medical Center - Richland, WA The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Shift Available: - Per Diem, Variable Shift, 0040 - No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week - Full time, Variable, 0040 - No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week Required Qualifications: - Doctorate of Pharmacy, or - Bachelor of Pharmacy - Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License. - When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license. - Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) Preferred Qualifications: - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience - Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
