Full-time position 7-on/7-off schedule 161, 12-hour shifts per year Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts No night coverage required for daytime providers Closed ICU, no procedures required Intensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Access to professional student loan consultant Compensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
