Job Description Family Medicine opening in Washington * Located
in *Moses Lake, WA - just 100 miles from Spokane, WA! Service area
of 150,000 people Full-time, permanent opening Employed opportunity
Traditional in/outpatient work Call: will range from 1:4 to 1:6 The
position is 36 scheduled hours of patient time and 4 scheduled
hours of administration time Practice is open Monday through Friday
each week 20 to 25 patients per day For new providers, compensation
for the first two years is a guarantee based on the MGMA 50th
percentile After the first two years, compensation is based on
provider productivity On an annual basis, there is an opportunity
for Physicians to earn an additional $20,000 bonus for achieving
specific quality goals Paid medical malpractice insurance,
certifications, licensure, etc. Competitive insurance benefits
including medical, vision, dental, disability, and life coverage
Employer contributions to pension plan Up to $3,000 per year for
CME Up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, as approved,
inclusive of vacation, sick time and CME Recruitment incentives,
relocation assistance, and student loan repayment are subject to
