Coverage: Supplemental - Coverage Period: Jan 2, 2024 - Ongoing -
Coverage Type: Clinical only - Shift Schedule: TBD; 1-2 weeks/month
- Patient Volume: 14-16 - No. of Scheduled Cases: 14-15 (prepped)
per day - % of Practice:      - Essentially, an OP
GI but all endoscopy in the system is (currently) done in IP
setting. - Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, & 1 Office Staff   ÂÂ
  - The GI will not have Anesthesia support. - Required
Procedures:      - Upper GI endoscopy: with biopsy,
with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs.
laser), With injection of varices.      -
Sigmoidoscopy: Flexible      - Colonoscopy: with
biopsy, with excision of polyp - Trauma Level: III - EMR: Cerner
and eCW - Temporary Privileges available: Yes - Travel, lodging,
and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: - WA License or
IMLC - BC - ACLS
