Job Title: RN Home Health Location: Walla Walla, WA 99362 Pay
Rate: Up to $2806/week Start Date: 07/28/2025 Job Type: Contract

facilities. Position Summary: HCHB REQUIRED Home Health RN - Walla
Walla / Surrounding Area , may cover territories in WA / OR, will
require both licenses Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per
day; 30 productivity points standard) Case Load: Geriatric
Additional Notes: Traveler is expected to have their own
transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing
drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50 miles.
Timely communication and documentation required Documentation tools
will be provided, and must be returned. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each
visit. Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication
and vital signs. Administer Physician-prescribed medication. Dress
or redress wounds and assess the healing progress. Provide
education to patients and families on proper home health care
procedures and strategies. Coordinate with Physicians, Physical
Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the
patient’s care plan. Keep the patient comfortable through
palliative care. Recommend tools or devices that may improve the
quality of life for the patient. Required Qualifications: 1 YR of
recent Skilled Home Health Experience (at least 1 year within the
last 3 years) BLS Certification by AHA Compact or WA State RN
License
